Mission
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our students by working simultaneously with the student, the family and the society.
Empowering students through tailored programs
and dedicated support.
Al Younbouh began its mission in 1993, with just eight students.
Today, the center hosts over 70 beneficiaries, aged 7 and above, with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities.
Our multi-disciplinary team of trained professionals, supported by highly qualified volunteers, implements for over 30 years now a well-designed program, specifically tailored to meet to our students’ needs.
The program focuses on developing our beneficiaries’ intellectual, manual, behavioral, spiritual and artistic skills.
Our experts regularly participate in training programs and apply the latest innovations in the field.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our students by working simultaneously with the student, the family and the society.
Our vision is to ensure the dignified integration of individuals with special needs into society.
We welcome all children and individuals with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, chromosome abnormalities, Down syndrome, among other conditions, and divide them into two age categories:
Blooms Category
Children aged 7 to 14
Youth & Adults Category
Individuals aged 14 and above
Each applicant undergoes a thorough screening process conducted by our multi-disciplinary team.
Al Younbouh’s devotion to the program, and its belief in its students’ capabilities have secured jobs and training opportunities for a significant number of its students.
Through extensive efforts and motivation, we have successfully engaged our beneficiaries with society and raised awareness among the community.
Al Younbouh’s achievements are measured by the significant participation and engagement of the community in the below activities:
• Annual “Walk with Al Younbouh”
• Fundraising events
• Various Volunteering activities
•“Open Doors” programs with schools, companies, other associations
Over the years, through our dedication and commitment, we have successfully made a lasting impact on both our beneficiaries and the society.
